Track & Field Coach & Athlete Development Mentor
Charlie "Coach Choo" Justice brings more than 30 years of coaching, leadership, and athlete development experience. Justice has been successful at both the DI collegiate level (East Carolina University) and at the high level (DH Conley HS), having coached All-Americans and championship teams in both T&F and XC. Throughout his coaching career, he has helped athletes and coaches build stronger cultures by developing trust, accountability, leadership, and athlete ownership.
His practical coaching strategies have helped programs create environments where athletes become leaders, teammates hold each other accountable, and coaches spend less time motivating and more time developing people.
